Community 1 Lending: Mortgage Loan Officer
We are expanding our mortgage team and looking for a high-performing Licensed Loan Officer to join us in our Troy, MI office. Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application to closing as a trusted mortgage loan officer.
Review financial documentation and recommend loan products tailored to each client’s needs.
Remain compliant with all lending and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners.
Follow up on provided leads to convert prospects into clients.
Requirements:
Must be licensed with the NMLS to operate as a mortgage loan officer.
Prior mortgage lending experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Must be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone on a regular basis.
